Ever wondered what it takes to climb Everest? Now’s your chance to hear firsthand from Mollie Hughes – the youngest woman in the world, and the first English woman, to successfully summit both the north and south sides of the world’s highest mountain.

The WAExpo 2017 is happening at @Bristol (We are the Curious) on 7th October, and features a programme jam-packed with unmissable adventure. The Main Stage speakers will have you hanging on the edge of your seat and the workshops will help equip you to take your adventure dreams and make them a reality.

Later, join for an evening of inspiration, networking and fun at the first ever Women’s Adventure Expo gala evening at the M-Shed, featuring talks from special guests – mountaineers Mollie Hughes and Jo Bradshaw.

WAExpo17 is organised by the Women’s Adventure Expo CIC, a pioneering social enterprise celebrating, inspiring and empowering women in adventure. Through their events, online platform, partner-projects and growing international network, they promote the achievements of leading female explorers and adventurers and inspire others to take their first or next step.
