Tough Mudder kicks off the first muddy event of the season with a jam-packed course, including 10 new or updated obstacles, and offering the 5K, Classic and Tougher Mudder variations together for the first time in 2019.

What: Tough Mudder’s coming to Culden Faw, Fawley, for a weekend of muddy fun (Culden Faw, Fawley, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AS)

When: Saturday 4th May – Sunday 5th May

Tough Mudder’s all-new 5K course offers new and returning Mudders alike the chance to dabble in some filthy obstacle action with brand new and updated obstacles. Both teams and individuals can take on the challenges together; push and pull teammates up, over or under the epic obstacles to make your way to the finish line – then celebrate together in MudderVillage.

Mudders looking for more of a challenge can opt for the Tough Mudder Classic, an 8-10 mile course packed full of 25 of Tough Mudder’s most famous and world-class obstacles – designed to test both physical strength and mental grit. A selection of well-loved teamwork challenges will be returning, including new level up lanes, as well as a mix of 10 new or updated  obstacles to push people’s limits, including Mudderhorn, Black Widow and Leap of  Faith.

The epic new 2019 obstacles are headlined by the tallest obstacle ever seen on a course in the UK. Mudderhorn will be waiting to greet all Mudders as they return to the Mudder Village and approach the finish line. Standing at an incredible 31 feet tall (that’s over 3 stories), Mudderhorn will require teams to work together to scale up a sheer face, then climb a cargo net up and over a giant A-frame structure. It’s an obstacle unlike any seen before and demonstrates Tough Mudder innovation at its best.

Once across the finish line, each and every Mudder can celebrate their achievements in Mudder Village with a free BrewDog Punk IPA, Snickers More Protein® bar, as well as their iconic finishers headbands and an all-new finisher t-shirt. Mudders can then soak up the festival-style atmosphere, with both Saturday and Sunday events hosting street food vans, a bar, live DJs and more.

Events will continue to take place across the country throughout the season. Check out all upcoming Tough Mudder events here
