B.Fresh Cold Pressed Pure Juice Beetroot Lemon
Price: RRP £2.50
Blurb: Relatively new to the juice market, B.Fresh boasts that they are the only British grower with cold pressed and High Pressure Process (HPP) juice capability. The Shropshire-based company has launched a new cold pressed juice to give your body a real energy boost. #totalbeets is made with 95% beetroot and 5% lemon and is bursting with goodness and nutrition designed specifically to meet your sporting and fitness needs with nitrates that help the body use less oxygen and therefore boost endurance…
Taste: If healthy had a taste, this would be it. If you’re not a fan of beetroot then stay clear, as this juice is like a stiff shot of beetroot with a lemon twist. It’s less ‘drinking for pleasure’ and more ‘health kick’ but you certainly feel good for having had it.

Shaken Udder milkshakes will fill you up and provide a much-needed energy boost post-workout, but won’t ruin your healthy eating plan.
Taste: Our favourite was Chocolush, with Vanillalicious coming as a close second. These super tasty milkshakes are not the most innocent of this bunch of drinks, but they’re healthy enough to warrant a treat without destroying your good work with your nutrition.
Vita Coco 100% Natural Coconut Water
Price: £2.15 330ml
Blurb: Described as ‘Mother Nature’s most hydrating, refreshing, vitamin – and mineral – rich nectar’ we had high hopes for this one. Produced in Brazil, Vita Coco is made with 100% natural and fresh coconut water and contains naturally occurring essential electrolytes. It has no added sugar and no fat and is rich in potassium, which enhances the body’s ability to hydrate, making it perfect to drink after exercise. The natural sugars in the water also provide energy.
Taste: The coconut water had a naturally sweet taste and was very refreshing. The cloudy water was very smooth (no bits) and proved very popular with the team. Although the UK were late to the coconut water party, we are certainly catching up now!
